Mitchells & Butlers recognise bona‐fide introductions from non‐retained agents. 

Mitchells & Butlers pay standard fees of 10% of the annual rent on leasehold properties, and 1.5% of the purchase price on freehold properties. This is subject to a minimum fee of £15,000 plus VAT on existing buildings, and £30,000 plus VAT on new build green field sites, (subject to written agreement from the Director of Acquisitions).

All introductions remain live for six months only, unless otherwise agreed.  

Genuine introductions include the name, address, postcode, a site plan, lease and rental or price details where appropriate, in order to enable us to give the site due consideration.

Agents acting on behalf of Mitchells & Butlers are expected to undertake negotiations with all relevant parties to agree detailed heads of terms in accordance with Mitchells & Butlers standard documents, assist in the provision of information to secure board approval and assist with the contract negotiations to secure an exchange and completion. Valuation advice and monthly updates are also required.
